SAFMAR New Business Cluster in Skolkovo | MIPIM Awards 2020

There is a new project at the Skolkovo Innovation Center that for its time and for Moscow has become a challenge. This is the SAFMAR New Business Cluster in Skolkovo.
The A.N.D. Corporation is developing the SAFMAR New Business Cluster in Skolkovo. On the territory of 30 hectares we have already built more than 220,000 square meters of real estate, which is half of the planned total development area. Over 12,000 jobs will be created here that will make the Project a great driver for the development of the entire region.
The most important thing is that the SAFMAR Business Cluster is a new business environment that allows residents to develop and interact successfully.
One of the key objects is the Orbion multimodal transportation hub, the most modern in the Moscow region. There are more than 450,000 people per month commuting through the hub with more than 200 suburban trains stopping here every day. It takes 17 minutes to arrive here from the center of Moscow by express train.
We built 3 business centers - Amaltea, Stratos and Orbion with A class office spaces using state-of-the-art green technologies.
Today we are building a Star of the Cluster - the MTS LIVE ARENA Multifunctional Entertainment Center for about 700,000 of planned attendance visitors per year.
Thus we are creating a unique space for new business community.
