Stories is a Moscow restaurant situated in Historical building - legendary Stalin Skyscrapper where Chef Vladislav Korpusov shares his gastronomic stories. Before the opening of the restaurant, the Chef traveled the world, took internship from the masters of culinary art looking for inspiration for a new project. This is how the concept of Stories was born - built around an open flame techniques. Vladislav Korpusov uses a lot of fire in his cooking: roasting on a spit, many types of smoking and firing, as well as a brand new for Russia technique called “Flambadou” - when food is been scorched with beef grease from a hot iron funnel.
