Moskvichi - Mikhail Kaptyug, science popularizer

Mikhail has lived in Moscow for seventeeт years. His job is the popularisation of science for children and their parents; he is the head of the Smart Cities project. Mikhail is happy to see the city change and says that Moscow is a really comfortable city. Let's hear his story.
